EDITORIAL DESIGN
Al Khozama Management Company is the Kingdom’s leading developer and manager of luxurious commercial properties. It was formed as a result of the simple, yet bold, idea of building an iconic property in the heart of Riyadh, which resulted in the creation of the Al Faisaliah District 30 years ago. Today, Al Khozama owns and manages a portfolio of properties, including hotels and resorts, offices, retail operations, and more.
The objective of this project was to create a corporate profile for Al Khozama Investment Company. The main goal is to design layouts that reflect the core values of the company and connects to its vision—using clean, professional designs by utilizing the color scheme and typeface that the client has defined, as well as making it more eye-friendly, cohesive, and visually appealing.
